Bridges

A dental bridge does exactly what the word implies: it bridges across an empty space. A fixed bridge is a combination of a few artificial crowns linked together.

The bridge is fixed onto the abutments (existing teeth) and not into the gum as some people may think.

Once the bridge is cemented on, it is permanent and does not have to be removed by the patient. It looks like natural teeth and enhances aesthetics and chewing ability.
